Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. LuxeRockline.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. At this time, LuxeRockline.com is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO and international addresses and is unable to process International credit cards. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.


Returns

At this time, all sales on LuxeRockline.com are final. Please be absolutely positive of your purchase as all items are sold “as is” and there are no returns. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at hello@luxerockline.com with any prior questions or concerns. In the event of a defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at hello@luxerockline.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please be aware that most of the pendants and chains on our items are pre-loved and will therefore not be in new condition. Condition does vary from piece to piece as can be seen in the images on the product page. Please look through the images carefully and direct any questions you may have to hello@luxerockline.com. Color also varies from screen to screen, so if exact shade is important to you, we cannot guarantee an exact color match to what you see on the product page. However, we are more than happy to provide additional photos upon request.
